Shipping & Delivery

All domestic and international orders include USPS tracking. You will receive a shipment confirmation (with tracking number) when your order ships. If you don’t get it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll send you a tracking link.

We do ship internationally: Shipping is via courier service and will take between 3 – 17 business days dependent on destination. Please email us at contact@allwizarding.com for a quote.

We use the USPS (United States Postal Service) for domestic deliveries within the United States and offer international shipping to countries worldwide. The price for international shipments is determined based on the weight and dimensions of the products being shipped.

International customers, please check your local laws regarding VAT and import duties. You are responsible for any fees or taxes assessed by Customs on items purchased from our store. Packages will be marked with a fair approximate value of the goods enclosed. We comply with international shipping regulations and will not mark parcels as “gift” to avoid Customs duties.

If you haven’t received your purchase in the expected amount of time, please contact us and we’ll try to resolve the problem. We can help you track the package or send a replacement in the rare cases when the postal service has lost a shipment.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. If you can’t be there to receive your package, please be sure that your delivery address is secure.

You are responsible for providing your complete and correct shipping address. Please check your auto-complete or stored address settings before submitting your order.

Payment

Payment info is collected via an industry-leading secure server. Additionally, most credit cards offer protection against unauthorized charges. We don’t retain your credit card number or security code when you complete a payment.

Your email address, if provided at checkout, is used only to contact you about your order. Subscribers to our email newsletter will receive fewer than one message per month, and we will never sell, trade, or share your info.

Returns & Exchanges

No problem! Just add a note at checkout, and we’ll include a gift receipt (without pricing). We can also include a gift message for the recipient, free of charge.

At Allwizarding’s a magic wand is not merely a piece of wood, it is a gateway to the mind’s power of imagination and creativity. A means of accessing your deepest thoughts and desires and making them come in to being through play.

 

We do say, however, that no-one under the age of 5 should possess a wand due to the magical powers contained within. Moreover wizarding law dictates that a child may only possess a wand when he/she turns 11 years old.

We are committed to your satisfaction, but occasionally problems occur. If your purchase is lost in transit, damaged, defective, or missing something, please contact us for a refund or replacement. Please let us know what’s happened by sending a message to contact@allwizarding.com within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

For some damage claims, we may request photos so that we can follow up with the shipping company. We ship all items with delivery confirmation and are unable to provide refunds for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

You can initiate a return or exchange within 10 days from the date of delivery. All items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

All our products are handcrafted using natural wood materials. Due to the nature of handmade items and the materials they are made from, minor variations in color, texture, and finish are common and inherent to craftsmanship. Additionally, natural wood materials may exhibit unique patterns and grain structures, which add to the distinctive character of the product rather than being considered defects. These unique differences do not indicate or imply any flaws in the product.

The initial shipping cost is non-refundable. The cost of return shipping for returns and exchanges is the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to our error (an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

About Custom

Owing to their bespoke nature/quantity they carry a lead time of 5 and up to 20 working days dependent on design. Allwizarding’s will be in constant contact during the whole process. You will be notified upon completion. Once complete we will send your wand/s to you via your chosen delivery method. If you are in a rush to get your wand/s, contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to help but cannot guarantee anything.

Prior to work beginning on Your personalized or custom-made Order You are entitled to cancel your Order for a full refund.

Personalized or custom-made Orders cannot be cancelled once We have begun working on them.
